We will review the order, fitment and condition, then issue written return instructions or an RMA where appropriate. Do not ship a parcel without approval.<\/p><h2>Eligible issues<\/h2><p>We will assess items that arrive damaged, materially different from the confirmed specification or defective on arrival when reported within seven calendar days. Include the order number, vehicle details, description and clear photographs or video.<\/p><h2>Custom and installed parts<\/h2><p>Made-to-order, modified, painted, branded or vehicle-specific parts are generally non-returnable once production has started. Installed, drilled, trimmed or otherwise altered parts cannot be accepted unless a written remedy is agreed.<\/p><h2>Refund method<\/h2><p>If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original freight, return freight, duties and transaction fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error. Processing time depends on the payment provider.<\/p><h2>Incorrect fitment information<\/h2><p>We rely on the vehicle and specification details supplied by the buyer. A return caused by incomplete or incorrect fitment information may be declined or may require the buyer to cover return and re-shipping costs.<\/p><p class=\"rvx-legal__note\">Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by this policy.
