Lead time

Lead time depends on the part, finish, quantity and production schedule. The quotation will identify the expected production window and estimated dispatch date. Custom and wholesale orders may require additional time.

Delivery details

Provide a complete recipient name, company, phone number, street address, postal code and destination country. We may request a tax, importer or customs reference before dispatch.

Freight, duties and taxes

Shipping options and costs are confirmed in the quotation. Unless the quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, storage and destination charges. Transit times are estimates and may change because of customs or carrier events.

Inspection on arrival

Check the carton and parts as soon as they arrive. Photograph any transit damage before signing where possible and contact us within seven calendar days with the order number and evidence.

Address changes

Tell us about an address change before dispatch. Additional freight, re-routing or storage charges caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the buyer.

Shipping commitments are confirmed per quotation because vehicle-specific products and international destinations vary.
