1. Scope

These terms apply to quotations, product information, sales and support provided by RevexaAuto for carbon fiber automotive parts. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you confirm that you have authority to act for the named customer or company.

2. Product fitment and specifications

Vehicle fitment, finish, color, weave, mounting method and availability must be confirmed in the written quotation. Product images are illustrative; minor differences in weave, gloss and hardware may occur. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate make, model, year, body style and left- or right-hand-drive details.

3. Quotations, pricing and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated and may change when specifications, quantity, freight, duties or exchange rates change. Unless agreed otherwise, production starts after written confirmation and cleared payment. Bank charges, import duties, taxes and destination fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Custom and wholesale orders

Vehicle-specific, branded, made-to-order and wholesale items may be subject to minimum quantities and non-cancellable production commitments. Any deposit, lead time and cancellation terms will be stated in the quotation.

5. Inspection and claims

Please inspect goods promptly on delivery. Report visible damage, shortages or an incorrect item within seven calendar days with the order number and clear photographs. We will review the evidence and provide the appropriate remedy under the confirmed order terms.

6. Intellectual property and use

RevexaAuto retains rights in its original copy, photography and design assets. Product names, vehicle names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Parts are supplied for lawful automotive use and must be installed by a qualified professional.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevexaAuto is not responsible for indirect loss, installation labor, downtime or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
